- white farmhouse loaf or bloomer 4 slices
- apricot jam 4 tbsp
- soft goat's cheese 4 tbsp
- thyme a sprig, leaves picked
- butter softened for spreading
Make 2 sandwiches with the jam and cheese, sprinkling the fillings with the thyme leaves. Butter the outsides of the bread slices then fry in a non-stick pan until golden and crisp.
